Cherry Love~ A Perfect Renassonce Sidestory
The thing is, I'm busy with exams. I got 11 more until they're all completely over, so I decided I'm putting Perfect Renassonce on hold until I can deal with the pressure and the major projectnessness.
SOOOOO, instead of revising (you didn't seriously think I'd revise did you?) I'm going to be working on this sidestory instead~! It has Kei, Yumi's little brother in Perfect Renassonce, as an obtainable boy, as well as Koshiro, the other obtainable. I decided to simplify things, so instead of working through selections I did a 'Shall We Date?: Heian Love" kind of thing - basically you choose at the beginning who you think the-
I should tell you the plot of this VN first.
Story
Third year of middle school, it's your last whole year before you split up with your school friends and enter Fujiwasa High School - an all girls high school~! Your best friend is Kei, Yumi's kid brother in Perfect Renassonce, as well as Midori and Koshiro. You and Midori have been together since you met at Mikane Elementary and due to an incident in the first year of middle school, Kei and Toshiro also became your friends - thus you all became the infamous quartet due to your incompatible personalities.
The Game
ou play as the MC, Cherei. Unfortunately, there are only two obtainable guy and you meet some obstacles in the way, but eventually you will find out who it is. The true ending is obviously with Kei and Koshiro is a nice bishie as a sidedish to satisfy your hunger~! It starts with an unknown love letter, signed with the letter 'K'. When you show this to Midori, she tells you that she thinks that it must be one of the boys so...you find out~!
Characters
Cherei (Non-changeable)
You. A cheery tomboy who find guys as brethen rather than the opposite gender. Yet, due to the love letter you realise that you can't be friends forever and you set off to find who the mysterious 'K' is.
Midori
Your best friend since elementary school, she is the complete opposite of you. Quite, gentle and adoring the colour pink, she's a genuine girly girl. She prompts you to go find out who the mysterious 'K' is.
Kei
Became friends with him at the start of middle school. He enjoys teasing Midori and enjoys it even more when you jump in to protect her from his antics. You and Kei tend to have a confusing relationship, as other see you to be enemies yet you are of best friends. Despite his personality you all know that he really cares for you guys and that he protects Midori when other guys harass her. Alert! What does this mean?! Does he like Midori?!
Koshiro
Cheery and kind, he's opposite to Kei. He is an idol in Hanabe Middle School due to his kind actions and the mature atmosphere that hangs around him. He's the peacekeeper in your group, stepping into arguments before they get too heated. You and Koshiro hung out together due to Kei, but became actual friends after you saved a kitten floating away in a box down the river together. Sorry! Cheesy I know xD

Kei's ex-girlfriend. If you chose Kei's story, then she will be one of the obstacles that interfere with your plans. Although they dated and broke up within two weeks in the second year of middle school, she has not gotten over him. Instead, she went for a makeover to try and seduce Kei back. Two-faced - nice and girly when Kei is around, but completely different when he's not. For being middle schoolers they sure are mature and sharp-minded these days...

So this is another VN that I started, seeing as gundestiny is very busy and preoccupied with reality.
The sprites are off bassnovel and the backgrounds are from there as well.
It's a pretty sweet VN actually, but the fluffiness is going to be the end of me I swear!

Story
It's been ten years since you moved away due to your parents divorce. Due to an unforeseen accident where your mother has been injured, your grandparents force you and your mother back to your hometown for her to recuperate. In the meantime, you move in with your little brother Kei and your father.
On the way to school, you bump into an old friend from elementary school, Fiona (or better known as Fifi) and you remember how you used to play in a massive 'gang' with some other children:- a tubby little boy, a weak and girly boy, a boy four years older who teased girls a lot, a guy who bullied a lot of people, a lazy and wild boy, two twin boys who looked angelic and a tomboy girl. Along the way, you discover that not soon after you left this 'gang' disbanded and everyone went their separate ways in life.
The Game
The game involves you as the main character as you go to High School, bumping into everyone who you once knew. Some remember who you are and other don't, but on a whole you go through your high school life with ups and downs, tears and laughter, etc. Make friends, enemies and you might even find your love in these old 'croonies' of yours.

Happy, cheerful and slightly tomboyish, you've returned to your hometown due to your mother's accident. Your grandparents forced your mother to return back to her hometown hospital to recuperate and you have temporarily moved in with your brother Kei and father. You attend second year of high school, class 2-C.
Kei
Your younger brother by two years. Ten years ago he stuck to you like a duckling, but now he's more distant and likes to annoy you. 3rd year of middle school.

Fiona "Fifi"
Clusmy girl who happened to be your best friend in elementary school. An airheaded but caring person. She is your cousin from your father's side, but did not keep in contact during the ten years you were away. Second year of high school, class 2-A.
Ami
Used to be a tomboyish girl, yet stopped once she reached puberty. Mature and sophisticated, she seems to act and look much older than the rest of the 'gang'. Second year of high school, class 2-B.
Takeshi
Shy, timid and girly-looking, surprisingly Takeshi used to be the bully of the group. As he grew older though, his mother's foreign features seemed to dominate his genes and gave him the face he has now. Constant bullying throughout middle school has left him this way. Second year of high school, class 2-C.
Katsuya
Katsuya used to be the weak and girly boy. Now, he's student council president and his motto is 'To cherish all girls as equal as possible.' A bit of a player, but he means no harm. Second year of high school, class 2-D.
Shingen
Older brother in the supposed 'angelic twins', Shingen is a bit of a delinquent. He goes to school, as his parents told him he must go, but he skips classes and hangs around with the seniors on the rooftop. Third year of high school, class 3-A.
Mitsuoki
Younger brother in the supposed 'angelic twins'. Mitsuoki was bullied due to his height until he evened off with his brother, Shingen. Yet, traumatic memories remain in his heart and he hardly attends school. Due to his lack of attendance, he has been held back two years already. First year of high school, class 1-B.
Mabuchi
Weak Mabuchi used to be the tubby little boy that clung to you. He has a weak heart yet after undergoing many operations his health has stablised and he attends school. Secretary in the student council, he does most of the work with Motoichi due to Katsuya lazy ways. Second year of high school, class 2-A.
Kojuro
Being four yearsold OLDER (sorry typo) yet having a baby face, Kojuro is the student teacher of your class. He started the same year that you joined and will stay with your class, 2-C, for six months.
Motoichi
Motoichi was the lazy and wild boy. When you first meet him you do not recognise him due to his well-manners and cleaniness. He is the vice-president in the student council and does most of the work with Mabuchi. Remains of his childhood linger in him, as he sometimes releases his 'restrained' demonic side. Third year of high school, class 3-B.
